Aidan Puffer claimed the 13-year old AAU National Championship and 13 other Manchester Running Company club runners took age group honors around the state over the last week. 

Competing in Charlotte, NC for the New Haven Age Group Track Club, Puffer won the 13-14 year old division 4k cross-country title in 13:13 to lead his team to the team title as well. Aidan's sister Catherine and brother Luke also competed in the events over the weekend. 

Locally, Tori Cronin kept up her winning ways with a victory at the Norwich Winterfest 5k on November 25th with an 18:46 clocking. 

Melissa Stellato won the Glastonbury Santa's Run (3.5 miles) for the fourth consecutive year and the seventh time in the last nine years. Her time this year was 20:28.
