Garrett Ash comes to Manchester Running Company from Chicago and brings with him speed in the mid distances and distance events. A graduate student at UConn, Garrett joins us often for runs and races around the area and is a huge advocate of Tuesday night runs and pizza at Stone & Paddle.
Ash has impressive personal bests across the board including a 2:32:36 Philadelphia Marathon in 2010, good enough for 16th place. He has also run a 10k in 31:56 and came up just short of the 15:00 barrier in the 5k.
Garrett currently resides in Manchester while working on his PhD at UConn; he is also the co-founder and Director of Running Across Borders.
