Manchester Running Company will host a Monday Night Running Group beginning on September 28, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.  at Manchester High School. We will meet in the Brookfield St. Parking lot.

The group is open to all ages and abilities and distances will be determined by those present.  There are numerous routes around the High School but a popular route is the Manchester Road Race course.  We encourage you to bring a friend to run with!  Groups will most likely split off according to desired distance and/or pace being run.

Manchester Running Company will provide water for after the run.  Come out and join us!
