Kara Miffitt joined the MRC Running Club in November 2009 and is a highly-talented all-around competitor for East Catholic High School in Manchester.  Kara adds depth to the MRC Women’s program along with talent in more than just running.  A triple jumper and hurdler on the track as well as a basketball player for East Catholic.  A regular at Thursday Nights Under the Lights, Kara is always willing to help out her fellow competitors and meet directors.
