On Saturday, September 3, 2011 the Manchester Running Company will host the Life Without Limits 5k and Spring Street Mile.  The race will be directed by Manchester Running Company and all proceeds will benefit UCP of Greater Hartford

When: Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011
9:00 am – 5k start

10:00 am – Kids’ Mile
10:15 am – Women’s Mile
10:30 am – Men’s Mile
Awards to follow immediately

Cost:
5k Pre-registration: $20 until August 14th
5k Late registration: $25 from August 15th – 8:00 am September 3rd
Mile Pre-registration: $15 until August 14th
Mile Late registration: $20 from August 15th – 8:00 am September 3rd

Parking: Parking will be available on a limited basis at Globe Hollow, ample parking is available at Mt. Nebo Park  just across the street, and limited parking may be available at Martin School- a very short walk/jog from the starting line. Please do not park along the race route and do NOT block driveways, Manchester Running Company is not responsible for towed or ticketed vehicles.

Restrooms: Restrooms/Locker rooms will be available at Globe Hollow

The Course: The Route has changed!!! Please see the course map above, we will traverse some parks, bike paths, Globe Hollow, Mt. Nebo along with Spring St., Gardner and Dartmouth Streets! It is an accessible course for all, there is one steep downhill we advise you please use caution on!

Results/Timing: The Last Mile Racing will handle the timing and results.  Results will be available at the finish line shortly after the conclusion of the race; results will also be posted online here and at Coolrunning.com

T-Shirts: T-shirts will be available to the first 100 pre-registered participants!
