Fourth Annual Finally Spring 5k! and Rockville Bank Kids Run
One of MRC’s marquee events for the year, the Finally Spring 5k! is the perfect way to start your spring! A 5k trail race in one of Manchester’s best kept secrets, Howard/Porter Reservoir offers great trails and a picturesque reservoir loop. Proceeds from this event benefit Public Allies of CT. Cost is $15.00 for pre-registrants and $20.00 on race day for runners.
September 1, 2012 – 9:00 a.m.
The Life Without Limits 5k to benefit United Cerebral Palsy takes place in early September of each year. The 2011 event featured Team Hoyt and was a fantastic first year! The race will start and finish at Globe Hollow on Spring St. in Manchester and is a 5k road race.

Thursday Nights Under the Lights
Thursday Nights Under the Lights (TNUL) offers athletes of all ages and abilities a great summer activity as well as some stellar local competition. MRC hosts TNUL every Thursday Night for 6 weeks in the summer at 6:00 p.m. at Manchester High School. We offer numerous events from the javelin to the 5,000-meters, high-jump and many events in between.

The Spring Street Mile
Join us for the fastest mile in Manchester! A gentle downhill mile yields some very fast times but is gentle on the legs. Cost is just $10.00 for youth and $15.00 for adults; the event is usually held in conjunction with the Life Without Limits 5k in early September.
