Damian Flowers, along with his wife Mary, joined the group in February of 2010.  A runner since the age of 32, Damian has some great running experiences including the Tunnel to Towers Run in New York City which benefits FDNY and is run in memory of the heroic efforts of NCY’s finest on 9/11.

Damian’s favorite thing about running is the stress release, and his best running experience was in the rain in New York City in 2009.  Damian says getting sunburnt on Cape Cod is one of his favorite experiences in life.

Damian is currently a Physician at ECHN;  he grew up in Florida and Montana before attending Montana State University.  Damian currently lives in Manchester with his wife Mary and his two children Bridget and Madison.
